Privacy Policy

What we collect. We collect the contact, delivery, account, order and artwork information you provide, plus basic technical and analytics data generated when you use the site.

Why we use it. We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes and proofs, take payment, produce and deliver orders, provide account and order support, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Service providers. We share only the information needed with providers that help us operate the service, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for hosted data, email providers, analytics providers and delivery partners. We do not sell personal information.

Artwork and retention. Uploaded artwork is used to quote, proof and fulfil your request. We retain customer and order records only as long as needed for fulfilment, support, tax, fraud-prevention and other legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
