Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your name, email, telephone number, company, account details, billing and delivery address, order choices, messages, artwork and proof instructions. We also receive payment status and limited transaction details from Stripe; we do not receive your full card number. Security logs, device/browser information and consent choices may be generated when you use the site. Google Analytics information is collected only if you accept analytics cookies.

How and why we use it

We use information to prepare quotes and proofs, take and fulfil orders, deliver goods, provide accounts and order tracking, respond to support, prevent fraud and keep the service secure. Our legal bases are performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, and consent where required for analytics.

Who receives information

We share only what is necessary with providers involved in hosting, email, authentication, payment (Stripe), analytics (Google, only with consent), production and delivery, and with professional advisers or authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we require an approved safeguard or rely on another lawful transfer mechanism provided by UK data protection law.

Retention

We keep data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected. Order, payment and tax records are normally kept for the applicable accounting and legal period; enquiries, artwork and account records are reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for quoting, production, support, dispute handling, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful use. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law requires it.
