60-second check

Is your file ready?

You do not need to be a designer. These four checks prevent most delays.

01

Use the original

Send the original logo or design file—not a screenshot copied from a website or WhatsApp.

02

Check the edges

Zoom in. If edges look blocky or blurry on screen, they may print that way too.

03

Remove the box

Use a transparent background unless a coloured rectangle is intentionally part of the design.

04

Tell us the size

Let us know the intended position and width, such as “left chest, 9 cm wide”.

01

Best files first

File formats

Vector artwork stays perfectly sharp at any size. High-resolution image files also work well when supplied at the final print size.

Best choice

AI · EPS · SVG · PDF

Ideal for logos, text, clean shapes and embroidery digitising.

Also accepted

PNG · PSD · TIFF · JPG

Use the highest-resolution version available. PNG is best when transparency is needed.

02

Keep it crisp

Resolution and print size

Raster images should ideally be 300 DPI at the intended print size. Enlarging a small image does not restore missing detail.

  • Supply artwork at or above the final physical size.
  • Avoid screenshots and images downloaded from social media.
  • Tell us the required width and print position.
03

Consistent branding

Colour matching

Screens use RGB light while printers use physical inks and embroidery uses thread. A slight difference is normal, but brand references help us get closer.

Have a brand colour? Include the Pantone reference or your official brand guide with the artwork.
04

Designed for thread

Embroidery artwork

Embroidery is built from stitches, so very fine lines, tiny text and smooth gradients may need simplifying.

Your digital proof

Before production, your proof shows the artwork, placement, approximate dimensions and colours. Check names, spelling, numbers, size and position carefully.
